The Peak and Stanley Markets

This is the first time that we have been in Hong Kong and have seen blue sky, today was just lovely around 20 degrees....the smog was there but it looks to be so much better than it was in the past....
We headed up to The Peak on the tram, had a look around on the observation deck and then headed down to the shops for a fuel stop.....Greg and Dan have had no luck on the coffee front and up there proved no different....The coffee at the hotel was awful, their words, then they tried Starbucks and for two coffees it was $10 AUD, Dan didn't like that one....at The Peak Greg had one at Delifrance and Dan had a hot chocolate they both said it was just a flavoured hot milk.....tomorrow is another day....they are on the hunt for a decent coffee...

Balloons at the restaurant waiting for New Year's Eve celebrations.

One of the newer office buildings in the city.

Now not sure what the hell this bread is but it's black with some sort of cheese on top...Just tastes like normal bread...

The Peak tram...

Looking down from The Peak...

And from the other side...

I want, I want, I want...these were Christmas trees that they shipped in from the USA, these were leftovers the one in the front was about $250 AUD..they smelt amazing and looked fabulous..I told the guy to ship them into Australia I would so be at the front of the line for one of them...

Now last year they kept telling us there was no jumbo size for Greg well not the problem here..

And a panorama...
